In the last over thriller, Lahore Qalandars sent Islamabad United back home winning the Eliminator 2 by 6 runs. Shaheen Shah Afridi’s side is all set to lock horns with the anticipated Multan Sultans in the PSL 2022 final.
The grand finale is going to be the greatest over the years featuring the title defenders Sultans and Qalandars who are yet to win a PSL trophy. Mohammad Rizwan, who was assigned the leadership duties last year for the blue-green team, lifted the first trophy with grace.
Undeniably, Rizwan’s side has been rocking this season, shattering all the contestants away. The only team that beat Sultans this PSL was Lahore and for the reason, Sultans are eyeing for the bigger revenge on 27th February at Gadaffi Stadium.

Now, all eyes are set on MS vs LQ final. From the officials to the fans, the whole fraternity is talking about the big day. It will be the second consecutive final for Sultans. Also, Qalandars have approached their second final as they first reached the spot back in 2020 losing unluckily versus Karachi Kings.
