Azizullah Fazli has been reappointed the Chairman of the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) returning to the post after ACB officials accommodated a meeting with the Taliban on Sunday.
Since the Taliban take over Afghanistan’s realm, it is Fazli’s prime achievement in the cricketing fraternity as he first was elected for the same designation in 2018 following the resignation of Atif Mashal.
Later, when Afghanistan finished at the bottom line in the ICC World Cup 2019, he was sacked by the ACB Farhan Yusufzai overpowered the vacancy.

He has been associated with ACB for around two decades and was one of those who established the game in the nation. Not only this but, he also has served the board’s vice-chairman and advisory posts alongside running the country’s regional, domestic circuits.
His new task will be Pak vs Afg three-match ODI series that has been encountering distinct hurdles.
