BBL 10: Melbourne Renegades register their seventh consecutive defeat

The horrendous form of the Melbourne Renegades continues as they have registered their seven consecutive defeat. In the 29th encounter of the Big Bash League (BBL 10), the side once again suffered a heavy defeat in the hands of Adelaide Strikers.

For a decade, Renegades have continued their worst form with multiple and heavy failures. The 60-run-defeat that came up against Adelaide, however, is the less embarrassing one of the season for them as the other losses are far more insulting on a notable comparison.

Winning the toss first, Adelaide Strikes decided to bat and slammed a target of 171 runs losing only five wickets. The score includes the shots of Matt Renshaw, Ryan Gibson, and Jack Wetherald.

However, for Melbourne’s side, there came a slighter hope for taking the victory margin heavier on their side but they were destroyed for a 96-run alliance on the fifth wicket in between Gibson and Wetherald.
