The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited bids for the rights and obligations to stage the Closing Ceremony for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. The final match of the tournament will take place on May 28 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, following the two Qualifiers and the Eliminator. Chennai will host Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator on May 23 and 24, respectively, while Qualifier 2 will take place in Ahmedabad on May 26.
Interested parties must purchase the Request for Proposal (RFP), which contains the detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process. The RFP will be available for purchase until April 27, 2023, for a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000, plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. Bidders must satisfy the eligibility criteria and other conditions set out in the RFP to be eligible to bid.
Those interested in submitting a bid must email proof of payment for the purchase of the RFP to rfp@bcci.tv. Only upon confirmation of payment will the RFP documents be shared. Purchasing the RFP does not guarantee the right to bid.
BCCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process without providing any reason. The process may be canceled or amended at any stage in any manner.
