Often, the devotees, following the nationalism and hatred amidst the disturbing political tensions, turn into extremists against each other. As Pakistan broke the years-long history of owning the losing streak in the World Cup versus India, no scale can measure their level of happiness.

On the other hand, the story is different at the neighbors’ end. The fans there cannot keep their calm and are filled up with fumes developing following their horrendous defeat against the arch-rivals. They perceive it as their right to devise violence versus Pakistan’s dominant Muslim community.

There were firecrackers in Muslim majority Indian areas after the Babar Azam-led created several records. Not only in their realm but Bangladeshis and Indian occupied Kashmir also cheered for the men in green’s historic victory.

Consequently, the triumph and the worldwide celebrations, undigested by the Indian extremists, have caused violent acts throughout.
