Lahore Qalandars is on fire in this Pakistan Super League (PSL 7) and is an absolute power-packed unit. The franchise is thriving under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi who is leading any team for the very first time in his cricket career.

Shaheen and co were on fire last night, thrashing the opposition, Peshawar Zalmi, to claim victory in the second consecutive match of the tournament. The men in red and black opened the match and displayed a fiery batting performance putting 199 runs on the board. In reply to the humungous score, the yellow storm could lodge 170 runs before they ran out of balls to play.

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the franchise fans are over the moon seeing their team doing so well. Lahore Qalandars is the only side that is yet to win a maiden PSL trophy. They might not be the most consistent side, but the team is blessed with permanent fan loyalty and the fans don’t shy of boasting their love for the franchise.

After yesterday’s match, the fans are having a field day, enjoying the team’s success to the fullest. From the amazing bowling and fielding to spicy batting innings the Lahore team and their fans are having the best tournament ever.
