Isabelle Westbury, the ex-Middlesex skipper is all set to voyage to Pakistan for the Pak vs Aus 2022 series scheduled to kick-start from 4th March. In her tweet, she mentioned her excitement alongside approval of the visa and will arrive in the cricket-loving nation next week.
The tweet reads,
Alright then, visa approved: Pakistan next week for #PAKvAUS. Cannot wait.
And yes, obviously I was so harrowed by the Ashes that I've just decided to join the Australian press pack. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em, yada yada… But really, I just wanted any excuse to go. I've found it. Happy, happy days.

Isabelle, 31-years-old, is a sports writer, broadcaster, former cricketer, and renowned lawyer. It must be noted that Australia Cricket Team is to land in Pakistan on 27 February via a chartered flight. The Aussies are visiting the nation after 24 years. Their last visit was back in 1998 when they won the three-match test series by 1-0 as two games got drawn between the participants.
The two cricket boards have also agreed that the Australia Test side will complete their isolation in Australia, before arriving in Islamabad. After one-day room isolation in Pakistan, they will hold training sessions at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
The Pak vs Aus 2022 series will see the contestants undergoing three red-ball encounters, as many ODIs, and the only T20I. The entire series will be played across three major venues of the cricket-loving nation; Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.
The media manager of Cricket Australia (CA), Brian Murgatroyd has already reached Pakistan on Sunday night ahead of the Pak vs Aus 2022 series.
