Pakistan, which lacks a proper routing system for the special guests’ arrival in the country, especially has found disturbance for the Karachi’s residents. During the cricket matches, when the guest teams from another country arrive, heavy traffic blows become a serious and legit issue for the country’s/city’s people.

As the South Africa cricket team is in Pakistan to play the first test out of two, the fears for the residents living near National Stadium or the local visitors rise. However, the traffic police have issued a detailed traffic plan for Pak vs SA Karachi Test so the people avoid taking the relevant routes.

The improper routing systems for the foreigners should be well-maintained to avoid disruption and problems for the local citizens. People get disrupted and stuck in traffic due to the security policies for the arrived teams.

It is to be informed to the Karachi citizens that mentioned below routes will not be bearing normal traffic. Hence, they should avoid the mentioned roads in the meantime. Fans have also demanded on Twitter to take cricket out of Karachi or build proper routes.

Hassan Square Flyover:

From Liaquatabad road through Hassan Square and University road leading towards Sir Shah Suleman Road, no vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards National Stadium.

Traffic is to get diverted from flyover to University road and the stadium flyover will be not permitted for any vehicle during the match,

Karsaz:

All the small vehicles should take Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah road in place of Shahra e Faisal or Karsaz road. Heavy or public transport at any cost will not be allowed.

Millenium road:

Dalmia, from the millennium to the stadium signal, small vehicles will be allowed but heavy or public transport at any cost will not be allowed.

University road:

The New Town or the University road will proceed the small vehicles towards stadium signal but heavy or public transport at any cost will not be allowed.

Neither the vehicles from Sohrab Goth to NIPA, Liaquatabad to Hassan Square, or PP Chowrangi to University road will be allowed.
