Pak vs SA: What it feels like to win a series at home

Pak vs SA: It has taken seventeen years for team Pakistan to beat the South Africa cricket team in Pakistan’s own stadiums. The home series for the cricket-loving nation has ended in their favor as the men in green have whitewashed RSA with 2-0 in a two-match red-ball series.

The first game was conducted in Karachi, National Stadium whereas, the second match was witnessed by the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The host team showed mediocre performances in their first innings’ opening slot in Test 1 but shone later.

The same has happened in the second test match. For a few whiles, it felt like the game has gone from the hands until Hasan contributed with his five-fer and Rizwan crossed his maiden ton.

Beating the opponents on one’s home ground must have been cheerful for the Pakistan team. Here is how social media forums are reacting – immense happiness!
