The recent blockbuster performances Pakistani Women Cricketers have rendered in the recently concluded T20I series versus Sri Lanka have advanced them in the ICC T20I rankings for women. Left-arm leg-spinner Tuba Hasan, who made her international debut in the first match of the Pak W vs SL W T20I series, shone in all games contested.
Pakistani Women Cricketers have whitewashed Sri Lankan Women by 3-0. Since the green bowling line-up has been dominating, all-rounder Nida Dar, spin bowler Anum Amin, and Tuba have moved up in the ICC T20I rankings.
Spinner Anum is now the fourth-ranked T20I bowler moving up two ranks. She claimed four wickets at a miserly economy of 5.08, including a 3/21 in the opening game of the series. All-rounder Nida bagged two wickets and scored 50 runs at a strike rate of 121.95, grabbing 10th position in T20I bowlers’ rankings whereas the seventh placement in all-rounders’ rankings.
Inspiring Tuba, who was all over the internet for her brilliant leg break bowling, is now the No.102 in the bowlers’ ranking for her five wickets and received the woman-of-the-series award.
