After having a not-so-great Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 7 campaign in the Karachi leg of the tournament, the franchise Peshawar Zalmi is on the winning ways in Lahore. They have won three out of four matches played and have jumped from position five to three. After changing many combinations, the team finally managed to add an ingredient in the playing eleven that has been winning them matches.
The secret ingredient is the 20-year-old Muhammad Haris. Benched the entire season six by the Karachi Kings the youngster was picked by the Peshawar Zalmi. Here too, the young Haris was kept on the side until he was picked in the playing eleven against Karachi Kings and he put up a firework of a performance. His 70 off 32 balls cemented Peshawar Zalmi and aided them in earning the much-needed rise in points on the table.
In the three innings, the batter has played so far, he has managed to amass 148 runs. His fiery performance last night has fans rooting for him and praising him for his valiant and brave power-hitting skills. They think that Pakistan has found a wonderful all thanks to the Zalmi. it is not the first time the franchise has unearthed gems for the country. The Likes of Hassan Ali and Haider Ali have all made it in the national cricket circuit because the franchise showcased their talent. And now a brand new talent is ready to be inducted in the national side.
Here is what the fraternity is saying about Muhammad Haris.

This is the same Muhammad Haris who was on the bench for the entire PSL 6. The same Haris who was on the bench for the first 5 games of this PSL. The same Haris who was benched in the National T20. This shows you how much talent is wasted in Pakistan??♂️ #PSL7

Mohammad Haris, you're the find of this tournament. Don't have words to praise his confidence and self belief. This is why young blood needs to be injected. He's literally dominated the Platinum signing on the other end of the pitch in almost every innings. #HBLPSL7

End of a terrific knock from the 20-year-old Mohammad Haris – 70 runs from just 32 balls including 7 fours and 5 sixes at a strike rate of 218.75 – He showed some glimpses for the future.
