Sajid Khan all over social media

Sajid Khan, the right-arm off-spin bowler, has been dominating social media forums through his excellent bowling spell versus Bangladesh in the ongoing second Test match at Sher a Bangla.

The 28-years-old has grabbed his maiden red-ball five-wicket-haul and targetted Mehidy Hasan on a duck to bring up the sixer against the Tigers.

Progressing Day 4, Bangladesh had a horrible day as they slipped on 76 for 7. The batters, following Pakistan‘s 300/4d, came out in hurry and kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. Mahmud ul Hasan was the first to go early in the session.

Taking seven wickets in no time and making things go crazy for them, Pakistan are into the game despite the rain and bad light and are into the chance to win this Test match. Thanks to Sajid Khan for his off-spin deliveries!

Not only gathering six wickets but that too at an economy of 2.92 dispatching 12 overs has so far distinct Sajid from others. His spell also counts three maiden overs. Surprisingly, any other bowler than him was yet to grasp a wicket on Day 4 except Hasan Ali’s run out to Mominul Haque.

While opening up on his approaching tactics, Sajid added,

“Bobby Bhai asked us to attack them with a winning approach. I am happy that the plan was executed well and we took their early wickets,”

The forecast for Day 5 looks promising and we can expect another cracking day of Test Cricket between Pakistan and Bangladesh. The last two days were greeted by rain and rain.

Meanwhile, have a look at the bundle of praises for Sajid Khan for his six wickets:
