Confirmed: Sourav Ganguly has not retired as BCCI President

The highly anticipated ICC World Cup 2023, set to take place in India, has sparked excitement among cricket fans worldwide. Former cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, known for his astute insights, recently shared his predictions for the tournament’s semi-finalists.

Ganguly firmly believes that Australia, England, and India are the frontrunners in securing a spot in the semi-finals. However, he also emphasized the importance of not underestimating New Zealand in crucial matches.

But Ganguly’s predictions didn’t stop there. He expressed his hope that Pakistan, a team with a storied rivalry against India, would also make it to the semi-final round. He believed that an India versus Pakistan semi-final would be an absolute treat for cricket fans, particularly if it were to take place at the iconic Eden Gardens stadium.

Reflecting on the potential match-ups, Ganguly stated, “It’s very hard to say. Australia, England, India. You can never underestimate New Zealand in these big matches.
