The Sohail Akhtar-led army ranks second on the HBL PSL 6 points table. They have won three out of four games as they could not make it against the Multan Sultans.
Qalandars owe a net run rate of 0.085 with 6 points. Consequently, they are slightly beyond Zalmi with many matches to spare.
Karachi Kings
The defending champions, Kings are the next favorites to win the tournament. They are attempting to retent the title. However, luck has brought them two lost tosses.
Losing the toss means losing the game on the NSK pitch. It is very much easy to chase any score on NSK. Hence, their opponents have succeeded twice with Kings winning 4 out of 2 encounters yet.
