Multan Sultans opener Usman Khan has caused a stir in Pakistan cricket circles after expressing reluctance to commit to the national team. PSL Star Usman Khan’s Shocking Comments Raise Questions About Loyalty to Pakistan

“In Pakistan, the conditions are so uncertain. People start criticizing you if you don’t perform well in a few matches, even if you have scored in one match. It’s only when you perform in another country that Pakistanis consider you good enough,” Usman said at a post-match conference.

He also highlighted his struggles in getting opportunities to play at a higher level in Pakistan, saying he had to move to the UAE to play franchise cricket and prove his worth. His comments have raised questions about the Pakistan Cricket Board’s selection policies and the opportunities available for talented players in the country.

Despite his reluctance to commit to Pakistan, Usman’s on-field performance was impressive. He hit 12 fours and nine sixes in his record-breaking innings, taking advantage of the absence of key bowlers Naseem Shah and Mohammad Hasnain.

The controversy surrounding Usman’s comments has sparked debate among cricket fans, with many questioning his loyalty to the national team. Will he choose to represent Pakistan in the future, or continue to play for franchise teams in the UAE? Only time will tell.
