In a 172-run chase, Kohli smashed six sixes and as many boundaries to notch up an impressive 82* off 47 deliveries. He not only produced a match-winning knock but also stitched a crucial 148-run opening stand with skipper Faf du Plessis to set up a solid start for RCB. Plessis also contributed a blistering fifty (73 off 43 deliveries), proving to be a valuable asset for the team.
