Why has Andy Flower left PSL?

According to sources, Andy Flower the Head Coach of Multan Sultans has reportedly left the country and has flown to India to participate in the Indian Premier League IPL 2022 Mega Auction event.

Flower will be performing his duties as the Head Coach of the new Indian League franchise Lucknow Super Giants. The Auction will take place in Bangalore on 12th and 13th February. He has left early to draft strategies ahead of the auction.

Multan Sultans are on absolute fire this season winning four out of four Pakistan Super League PSL 7 matches. The season 6 champions are currently sitting at the number one spot on the league points table. Led by Rizwan the team is on unstoppable momentum and the absence of Head Coach should not affect the team performance.

Andy Flower will be back after a hiatus of ten days, until then Mushtaq Ahmed and other coaches will be present to guide the team. According to the franchise media department, the coach will be back by 13th February days before Multan clashes with Karachi in a reverse fixture. However, he will be available online and will do online sessions with the team.

The team will play their next match against Peshawar Zalmi on 5th February at 7:30 PM PST.
